Job description
Within a small team, you will perform compliance and internal control tasks under the supervision of the RCSI (head of compliance).
- You take part in cross-functional projects involving regulatory and compliance issues.
- You are in charge of continuously updating our procedures, in collaboration with the compliance manager
- You will ensure sure that compliance procedures are followed by members of all teams
- Working with the sales team, you will make sure that our regulatory obligations are met
You participate in the back office activity and its supervision.
- You will do compliance verification of our clients' applications and the associated documents
- After analyzing the situation of our clients (finances, trading experience) you will make decisions in accordance with our procedures
- You will follow up on the administrative opening of these accounts and inform our clients of the status of their applications
- You will work with our international brokerage partners to solve problems encountered by individual and corporate customers.

- You will work in a small team of experienced workers who will contribute to your training
Votre profil
You have a first significant professional experience in an audit company, as a compliance consultant or in a compliance and internal control department of a financial institution.
AMF certification required
- You have a very good mastery of French and English.
- Advanced knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework (RGAMF, MAD / MAR, MIFID, AML-FT...)
- You have a lot of motivation to learn new things to succeed in your job.
- You are an organized and serious worker with good attention to detail.
- You have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- You know how to work independently and have excellent capacity to adapt to new situations.
- You have great people skills and are an excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You have good mastery of common computer software (windows, office...)
